Daynese, is an accredited Associate Certified Coach and a retired NYPD Lieutenant. With decades of experience connecting with people, and a heart built to serve others, she started coaching after the pandemic to help people beyond her service career. Daynese has seen first hand the benefits of having a coach when she experienced immense grief after going through a divorce and losing her father within months of each other.

She attributes having a coach and her foundational training as a police officer for getting her through the most difficult period in her life. It is now her mission to pay it forward.

Daynese is passionate making the unseen feel seen. When she's not coaching, she's traveling, exploring new cooking techniques, and busy being a dog mom.
